We are thrilled to announce that our Cancer-related Advanced Research and Education (CARE), TCG CREST team has been awarded the prestigious BFI-Biome funding for our lung cancer project titled:
“Development of AI-ML model to predict responder vs non-responder molecular signatures against EGFR-TKI – India vs Caucasian lung cancer patients.”
This multidisciplinary initiative is a collaborative effort between TCG CREST CARE, TCG CREST Institute for Advancing Intelligence (IAI), and the Department of Biotechnology & Research, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital (SGRH).
Leveraging integrative analytics and machine learning, our team is beginning to uncover molecular signatures that are unique to Indian lung cancer patients towards exerting drug response vs resistance. Data available in public domain largely represents the Caucasian population.
