Teaching Experience
• Epigenomics and Cancer – Practical course and seminars, Heidelberg University, 5 semesters, since 2018.
A lecture and hands-on training in CRISPR/Cas9 mediated gene editing as well as Nanopore sequencing (total 20 study hours) within a practical training course for 8-10 students.
• Currently supervising 2 Ph.D. students as Assistant Professor at CARE, TCG CREST.
Supervised one Postdoc, three Ph.D. students, four M.Sc. students, three B.Sc. student, and one technician during my Postdoc. Supervised one M.Sc. student and one technician during the Ph.D.
