Our state-of-the-art protein chemistry lab is equipped with instruments for the isolation, purification, qualitative, and quantitative characterization of proteins, ensuring rigorous quality control and supporting new product development for food applications. This includes a Kjeldahl apparatus for the quantitative estimation of protein content in food samples and a SDS-PAGE setup for qualitative analysis of protein purity and composition.
