  • PhD or Master’s degree in Food Technology.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the food industry.

  • Ability to translate scientific innovation into scalable industrial solutions.
Synbiotic & Gut Microbiome Researcher (R&D)
  • Designs, executes, and interprets synbiotic and gut microbiome research projects.
  • Investigates gut microbiota, microbe–microbe interactions, and metabolite‑driven mechanisms.
  • Supports development of scientifically validated synbiotic formulations.
  • Focuses on improving immunity, modulating metabolism, and addressing dysbiosis‑related disorders, including gut inflammation.
  • Utilizes advanced research methodologies in microbiome science and functional analysis.

Food Process Engineer
  • Specializes in protein‑based product systems: plant‑based, dairy, or alternative proteins.
  • Designs, optimizes, and scales up manufacturing processes for protein extraction, transformation, and formulation.
  • Works on process engineering for functional protein development aligned with industry standards.
  • Collaborates closely with R&D to ensure efficiency, quality, and industrial feasibility.
  • Contributes to innovation in next‑generation protein technologies.
