Qualification: PhD/Masters in Food Technology with five years of research experience in food designing, formulation and processing.
Synbiotic & Gut Microbiome Researcher (R&D)
Experience: 2+ years of hands-on bench research, preferably with experience in gut microbiology or probiotics.
Qualification: PhD or master’s degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Nutritional Sciences, or a related field.

Experience: Specializing in Protein on the design, optimization, and scale-up of manufacturing processes to extract, transform, or formulate protein-based products (plan-based, dairy or alternative proteins.
Qualification: Master’s degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Biotechnology.
