Her expertise encompasses the entire project lifecycle, including process selection, project planning, design, synthesis, and characterization. She specializes in optimizing laboratory processes, identifying cost- and time-efficient schemes, and innovating in food processing research and development. Dr. Anuradha has significant experience in the food industry, with a focus on proteins and fermentation products.
