Dr. Shashank Tiwari, PhD
Scientist, Behavioural neuroscience
Shashank completed his PhD in Neuroscience (2015) from School of Studies in Neuroscience, Jiwaji University, Gwalior. Earlier research, involved exploring the age associated changes in morphology and functionality of glial cells post cranial nerve injury. Briefly, he has also studied the behavioral changes in rodent models of jetlag (Circadian rhythm disruption). Currently, he is interested to understand how various genetic mutations can cause altered behavioral phenotype observed in autistic humans using transgenic rat models.
