Dr. Subimal Deb received his PhD in theoretical photonics and multimode waveguide configurations from the Physical Research Laboratory, Ahmedabad, in 2009. Following his doctorate, he gained three years of postdoctoral experience in metamaterials and self-imaging systems. He has a decade of experience teaching graduate and undergraduate Physics courses, and experience in antenna design and simulation. His research interests lie in optical and photonic waveguide systems, the self-imaging phenomenon in guided waves, computational physics, and quantum computing.
