Ayananshu Banerjee

Head – Projects & Digital Transformation

Ayananshu Banerjee, leading the Projects and Digital Transformation of TCG CREST, is a consulting professional with about twenty five  years’ experience in technology consulting and implementation. In his last tenure, he was the Senior Director of TCG Digital.  Before that he worked as the Director- Consulting services  of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC),  India, Senior Consultant- National Institute of Smart Governance ,   and Technology Architect of  SBC Communications, USA (currently AT&T). Having graduated from IIT, Kharagpur in Electronics and Communications Engineering in 1994, he went to USA  and completed his MS and MBA.

Ayananshu has a proven track record of leading and delivering value-added solutions to clients in India, US, UK, Jamaica, South Africa, Brunei, Sri Lanka, Philippines, Myanmar, Nepal, and Bhutan drawing on strong technology and functional knowledge.  With a deep understanding of business service offerings and skills in enterprise architecture and implementation, analytics, delivery excellence and project/program management he has managed entire project lifecycle starting from qualification till final delivery and acceptance for multiple engagements across various industries including Government, Utility, Telecom, BFSI, Consumer goods, Education, Health and IT/ITeS and also projects funded by International agencies like World Bank, UNDP etc.  He has managed multiple  business areas leading the  go-to-market strategies, service and solution innovations, vendor alliance, business development and sales, client relationship management, competency building and resource management including human capability development of his unit.

Ayananshu has also directed a Bengali feature film ‘Bodhon – The Voyage Within’ which has received enormous critical acclaim including five International awards and was selected in the most prestigious ‘Indian Panorama 2014’ by the Film Directorate of India.
