Q1. Shall I get accommodation?
Ans. Free accommodation for outstation (outside Kolkata) participants will be arranged.
Q2. When should I reach and leave?
Ans. Accommodation will be arranged from July 10-23, 2022.
Q3. Should I have to pay food expenses?
Ans. No. Food will be arranged for each participant.
Q4. Will I get the travel grant?
Ans. AC II-Tier train fare will be provided. If you are coming by air, you will receive the train fare upon submitting the ticket and boarding pass. You have to pay the excess amount.
Local participants will be paid ₹100 per day for travel.
