TCG CREST, along with Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy, sponsored a virtual Symposium on Artificial Intelligence and Law (SAIL2021) from 31 May – 04 June, 2021. It brought together experts from industry and academia to highlight the future of AI and law. Fifteen speakers from universities and organizations of the US, the UK, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Australia and India gave invited talks covering the whole gamut of the future of AI and Law. Two panel discussions on Legal AI and its implications for fresh law graduates and entrant lawyers were also organized in which nine eminent panelists shared their respective views. More than 700 participants registered for the event. The organizers intend to make SAIL an annual event.
